Terry, KS 7.0 is stored on the Keysoft system disk, there's no need to back that up. Your flash disk contains, along with any personal documents you may have created, your databases and games. When you back up the whole flash disk to your CF card, you ensure that if you lose a document or if a database gets corrupted, you can replace it. I do incremental backups every day, and I no longer worry about losing files or Email because I messed up my database.

Let's talk about the backup options first which are in your utilities area. As Joseph has mentioned there you will have the option to either backup fully, which you must first do if you haven't done this before. Go to utilities, pres b, your bn will prompt do you wish to back up or restore files? You then press b again. Bn will then say back up which drive. You can at this point press f for flash disk. It'll then ask make backup on which drive? You can then tell bn to do the backup on the compact flash card if you have one. Now you mentioned you wanted to backup your CF card? The best way to do this is by using active sync and backing it up onto your computer. If you don't have one of those I'd get another compact flash card and then back up the original cf card onto the new one with a PCMCIA card reader? I think that's what they are.
