Well, I don't know much about the M-power, but, maybe if you take 
the SAID card out, and do that "service reset" thing, maybe 
that'll get you back to where you wge.  I feel pretty certain 
that this can be fixed, without having to send it in.  Then, when 
you get it back to where it was, install the product key, and try
