Dear List, I received the 7.0 upgrade SD today and I tried to install the upgrade. I thought the product key was on the disk, so I inserted it into the BN. I pressed reset and held down jl keys. I heard the chimes. I pressed reset and held down the jk keys. I heard nothing! No, sound, nothing! I tried to start the process over, but nothing! All I see on the display is "update bootloader."
I'm so upset! Why was I so dumb? Why didn't I install the upgrade when Tech support would be there? I did everything I could think of to start the process over, but I can't. I suppose I'll have to wind up sending the MP in for service. I thought it would be so easy to install the upgrade! It looks like I'll have to use my classic over the weekend.
