Sharon and All,
I've got the same problem with my radio. It stays on 0.2 and
doesn't make a sound other than white noise. I have also tried
deleting the radiodata file with no change in behavior.

I just wanted to let you know we tried the service reset. It
dido't change the outcome. Also, you cannot change the
megahertz. Sound doesn't change, and 0.2 fm stays there.
