Dean:
Two questions about this. First, is there any way in which to
save the edit changes to a non-KeyWord document? (I work almost
exclusively in .doc format since I do Spanish braille and share
so many of my files wiqh friends and teachers anyway). Second,
is there any chance of having a default formatting set up for new
documents, like the default document type? It is just kind of
frustrating to constantly set my page numbers, paragraph set up,
line spacing and all that each time I enter and want to print a
document.
Thanks, and don't get me wrong; KeyWord is a great program
already, just some little things I have found.

Hello Kevin,
The answer to your first question is yes.
You can certainly set double spacing before or after editing the
document
and your new layout setting will be implemented from the cursor
position to
either the end of the document, or the next layout change marker
in the
document.

Subject: [Braillenote] Double Spacing
Dear List:
I have a question regarding the ability to double space
within
a Keyw document. If I were wanting to double space a document
that will be handed into a sighted teacher, would I go into the
ink-print settings? And for my second question: Do I have to
select double spacing before I begin to compile the ducument or
can I do it whenever and it will appear double spaceed.
Thanks for the help in advance.
Kevin
