You can save the excel file as text and then read it with KeyWord.
Or, if you want to take the time, you can create a database if you are using KeySoft 7 and import the data into it.
First, take note of the column headings, assuming there are some.
Then, create a database with the field names the same as the column headings.
Save the Excel file as a .CSV file.
Put that on your Compact Flash card, or transfer it to the BrailleNote via ActiveSync. Then, once it is on your BrailleNote, open the database you created and select Import data.
point it to your CSV file and follow the prompts from there.

Good luck,
Richard

H I was just wondering if it was possible to read a spread sheet on the bn. I have some contact info for my fraturnity's memebers and I was hoping I could find a way to read it on my braille note. I don't think there is but thought someone might know for sure.
Thanks,
Malaina
