In excel, do a save as from the file menu.  Give the file a name and then
file type field errow to you see csv or comma separated values.  Then choose
where to save it and there 5you go.

PLEASE: how do you save as a .csv? Sorry, moderator, if this is 
off topic, but I have never found out how to save as a .csv for 
importing into KeyBase.  The importing is a great option, but not 
if it never presents itself on the PC end.
