Hi,
On the PK, you do not have the option to record when the PK is not
on. That is only with the mPower.
But, you can turn off the recording feature by going into the Media
Center Setup and select recording options.
Then, on the record button input source, hit cord st (cord dots 3,4.)
It toggles between internal microphone and off.
Hit enter and then exit.
I think he was having trouble getting it to record properly, not
wanting to turn it off completely. But, for what it's worth, it can
be turned off.

Hi Mark;
Somewhare I heard the recording feature can be turned off. If
anyone knows how to check this, it might be his problem. I think it
had something to do with preventing the machine from recording while not on.

FeatuerwithInternalmicrophone
Hi again list
Thanks Terry for your reply on this thread. Can I ask what settings others
are using on the PK for the record settings? If I match these settings, it
might indicate if there are any problems on the motherboard itself with the
microphone. Any other input or suggestions would be appreciated.
Warmest Regards
Mark
