Hello Kathleen

Like Roger, I have not been able to replicate the problem here.  However, I
will continue to research the problem and perhaps I for my part and Roger
for his, can give you all an update tomorrow.

Unfortunately, this is a problem where someone needs to actually see you log
in and getting the book and entering the password, in order to troubleshoot.
However, I'll do what I can from this distance to help if the problem is
indeed, found to be at our end.
