Hi Alex: My Bluetooth comport is Com 4. I've dealt w/ a customer who was trying to use Com 12 w/ Active sync 3.8. We had no luck, he did try Active Sync 4 because it did recognize com 12. Now he never called back and told me if he had any luck after installing Active Sync 4. I can tell you that I, nor any staff at HumanWare, that I am aware of, have tested w/ Active Sync 4. This might be a good question for Dean, Jonathan, or Andrew.
