Hi Alex:
My Bluetooth comport is Com 4. I've dealt w/ a customer who was trying
to use Com 12 w/ Active sync 3.8. We had no luck, he did try Active Sync
4 because it did recognize com 12. Now he never called back and told me
if he had any luck after installing Active Sync 4. I can tell you that
I, nor any staff at HumanWare, that I am aware of, have tested w/ Active
Sync 4. This might be a good question for Dean, Jonathan, or Andrew.

Sarai:

How did you get the BN to work with the bluetooth? My USB to
bluetooth adapter takes com7, but Jaws only offers com1 through
com4. If this is a PC thing, sorry, but who better to ask? Alex
