This is Joseph. JAWS and ActiveSync cannot run at the same time. When one
application is running, quit another. If the devices are connected to the
com port to where other aplication is going to use, you need to free the
port in order for that to work. My suggestion is: do not use braille
terminsal or remote synthesizer when you are using ActiveSync and vice
versa. I hope this information may help you.

Subject: [Braillenote] Bluetooth, keyboard emulator, remote synthesizer

Hello all:

Sorry to keep bringing this up, but I have no idea what is going on. I have
a BNMPBT 32 and am using a Cellink BTA adapter to connect with my PC via
bluetooth. ActiveSync works fine, but Jaws refuses to switch to keynote
gold synthesizer. Similarly, nothing happens in my Braille Terminal. Com
ports match; the device is on com1 and ActiveSync recognizes that, but Jaws,
set to com1 as well, does not.

If anyone can help me, that would be GREATLY appreciated.

Thanks,
Alex
