Set up any drivers and stuff your screenreader needs, like the Jaws keynote driver for Jaws. Then go to the remote synthesizer option on the Main Menu, selecting your connection type (serial or bluetooth). Select the KeyNote option in the reader's options, and you should be all set. As stated with my problem, make sure (if possible with your version) that ActiveSync does not take the same port.
