Hi Rusty,

This exact thing happened to me when I upgraded to KS7. What it means is that
you were issued a key for a classic BN because of your serial number. I don't
know for certain, but I'm pretty sure you have a transplant with a somewhat low
serial number, so it was assumed to be a classic when your product key was
issued. HW needs to issue you an mPower product key. Write to:

They should be able to straighten it out for you.

HTH

Subject: [Braillenote] Problems with 7.0 product key HELP PLEASE

Hi folks,
I'll bet this has already been discussed and answered, but I haven't been
following the list.
I'm trying to instal ks7.0 tonight. The problem is that the key won't work.
I've tried downloading it both on my BN, and on the PC and transfering it to
the bn. I get the same response when I try to run the key.
"is not a valid win32 application."

I don't have the pacience to comb through a bunch of old Emails.

Does any one know how to solve this delemma?

Thanks!
Rusty
