Hi Rusty, This exact thing happened to me when I upgraded to KS7. What it means is that you were issued a key for a classic BN because of your serial number. I don't know for certain, but I'm pretty sure you have a transplant with a somewhat low serial number, so it was assumed to be a classic when your product key was issued. HW needs to issue you an mPower product key. Write to:
