Hello,
First, I would remove ALL storage devices and periferals, then do
a basic reset. Move up through the resets: basic, 1-2-3, 4-5-6
(FDS and JKL) then do a service (reset and record button),
assuming that nothing else worked. I have never heard of this,
but that would be my first reaction. Also, call HW tech support
and see if something like this problem is documented, and what
was done.
