This is Jospeh. To turn the volume up on the Media Player, press enter with dots 4-6. To turn it down, press enter with dots 1-3. Note: if you are going to listen to the FM Radio, you need to have headphones or any cable connected to the headphone socket. I hope this information may help you. P.S.
