Jose, this is not to be rude, so please don't take it that way. You are running a 5.1. You are giving instructions for upgrading an mPower. I am not sure where you are getting your information, but what you are saying is incorrect. Please just be careful, and make sure you know what you are talking about.

Hello; Rusty, after the 4-6 reset you have to do the 4-5 reset
not the 1-2 reset. Write back with the results.

Subject: [Braillenote] Problems with upgrading to 7.0

Hi folks,
I have installed the key and tried to upgrade to 7.,0
After pressing dots 4-6 with reset I get the apropriate sound.
Then I press
keys 1-2.
The display shows update bootloader, but no sound and that's
where it stops.
Nothing else happens, not when I press enter or anything.
I've done the service reset, gotten back in to keysoft, tried
again, and I
get the same.

What am I doing wrong?

Thanks!
Rusty
