Hi. I had this as well last week. Doing the reset fixed it. 
It was the first time I had seen such a problem.

I had a strange problem with my m power last night as well, nothing that
major, but the keyboard would not respond. Turning the unit off and back on
spoke the start up message, but no keys worked. fortunately, just pressing
the reset button fixed that.

I was able to get the unit going again by pressing the record+reset buttons.
