Hi KC,

I've noticed several instances in KS7 where Braille either doesn't fully
reflect what speech says, or disappears entirely while a process is taking
place. This never happened in any earlier version of KS which I have used.
I was actually curious what the speech on your BN said when you downloaded a
file, from BookShare or anywhere else. The "invalid password" thing doesn't
seem to happen while on the website, only when unpacking the book in the Book
Reader. If you get a chance to have a person listen to your unit again, go to
BookShare and download a few books and see if it says something about "failed
to download".

Sorry for the confusion.

Sarah

Sarah, dear heart,
I'm sorry to tell you, but thisis not the only troulesome problem
that doesn't show up in braille.

Be that as it may, I did get a person with hearing to listen and
there was no message about downloading at all, only the "invalid
password."
Let's home Humanware trubleshooters can fix this soon!
KC
