This is Joseph. When you work with the document (or anything), computers
store the information in a location called RAM (Random Access Memory). This
memory locaiton is temporary. When you reset your BN, the information will
be gone. So it is important that you save the file before resetting your BN.
A quick method is to return to Main Menu with space with dots 1-2-3-4-5-6 or
Menu key on QT. I hope this information may help you.

Subject: [Braillenote] Question about Saving Documents

Hello

Last evening I created a document and put a phone number into that
document. I had to reset my mpower and when I did, the number was
gone. Since I did not want to save it forever, I created a file and
put the number directly into that file rather than the address
book. So, what happened to the number? Did the reset erase it?
