Hi Jim,

Which type of BrailleNote do you have?  BT or QT?
Did you get the correct file type?
If you are using a QT, you want the one ending with .kwt and for the BT the one ending with .kwb.

I have loaded it on several different machines and it has shown up in the list of templates.

Beyond that, I'm honestly not sure what to say.
