Hello Desiree,
I have fixed my e-mail problem, but the sd card still exists.
I can not get the card to be recognized unless I turn the unit
off, then back on and then remove the card and then insert it
again.
I can then view the folders, but there are no files being shown.
This is the case on more then one card that I have.
Robert

Hi Robert:
As far as your not being able to send e-mail, I had this problem
and had to change my smtp settings. If you're receiving just
fine, then you are connected, and it is most lioly a setting. If
you have it right, maybe check with your internet service
provider and be sure they have given you the correct smtp info.
As for your sd card, have you tried sliding that little switch on
the card back? It may be in protect mode, which may inhibit you
from viewing and changing files that are saved on the card. Hope
that helps a little.
Desiree

Subject: [Braillenote] mpower
Hello Everyone,
I have a couple of questions that I am hoping that someone can
help with.
First, I have recieved a new braillenote, mpower bt 32. I have
restored my settings in the keymail folder from my old
braillenote so the settings are the same. When I download email,
the emails come through just fine, but if I have email in the
outbox, they will not go. It tryes to send them and then it says
0 email sent.
the second problem I am having, is this. I have a 1 gb sd card,
with has quite a bit of information on it, when I insert it into
the drive it says sd card ready, and I can even go to the file
manager and see it there. But when I try to open a file it says
no more folders. If I go to the file manager and move a file or
copy a file from this drive, it does it just fine and I can then
read it on the compact flash disc, but it will not see any
folders or files on the sd card itself.
I am very frustrated at this point, so I am hoping that someone
can help.
Thanks,
Robert
