Yes, basically. Only frequencies are saved, so it depends on where you are. The hard drives can be bought in most computer stores; Circuit City, Best Buy, even Sams Club. They can be pretty expensive, though. I'd check around for the best price, especially with all the sales Circuit City and such always have.
