Hi Dean I asked the question in the first place about the planner maintenance utility, what it is and what it should be used for, I have had a few replies saying that it is to help if the planner goes wrong, but your email seems to be saying that it doesn't work on the classic, if I this is right why is it there in keysoft 7 for the classic?
If I have miss understood sorry. However, I will see if we can't put the utility up on the website for you and other KeySoft 7 users in this situation so you can run it from the flashdisk. Is this just a new feature of the Mpower and PK or does it apply to all members of the BN family of products? When my planner wouldn't open, I had to delete the files, do a reset and start all over again. If this function is available on the Classic, how do I access it? Thanks. If you ever cannot open the planner, run that utility and it should take care of it. I looked in the manual and was surprised to find that there was no mention of it. (That came out wrong, but you know what I mean). I cannot remember where I learned what it was for.
