Michelle, This is Joseph. Make sure that the option that says, "calendar, desktop computer" item is checked on ActiveSync. This option should also be checked on BN. At the Main Menu, go to Utilities/Synchronization/Options for synchronization. Navigate around until you see, "synchronize planner?" This should be set to yes. I hope this information may help you. P.?S. you must start ActiveSync asnd KeySync before you start synchronizing.
