This is Joseph. Make sure that the option that says, "calendar, desktop
computer" item is checked on ActiveSync. This option should also be checked
on BN. At the Main Menu, go to Utilities/Synchronization/Options for
synchronization. Navigate around until you see, "synchronize planner?" This
should be set to yes. I hope this information may help you.
P.?S. you must start ActiveSync asnd KeySync before you start synchronizing.

I want to qualify my last message.  I have not been able to sync the planner
since my upgrade to Keysoft 7 but was able to sync my contact. Now I'm
getting the circuit reset message for both.  Whether this has do do with my
having to rebuild the planner by resetting, I don't know but have no idea
how to fix the problem.  My activesync connection is working fine.  It's
just the synchronization with Outlook that's not.
