Dear Richard, Ever since I've had my MP transplant, the recording feature has been lousy. The audio is quite low and there's a lot of hiss in the background. Some people posted Keysoft 7 fixed this, but I just upgraded to Keysoft 7 and the recording still sounds lousy. Another person said it has something to do with the motherboard. I don't think the recording should sound that lousy. Since my unit is still under warranty, I'm probably going to send it in and see what they say.
