I think you must be one in a very few who got more than one strap.  I got only 
1 in my clasic and also 1 with my transplant.  Tina, Call HW and see if they 
can sell you a new strap.  If not, let me know, I have a clasic case I could 
sell if they will not help you.

Tina,
If you are just looking for the straps, I am pretty sure that the 
box that you BN came with should have an extra straps, because 
when I received my BN I got a total of three straps.  So, I hope 
that you are able to find the strap.  And just FYI if you have a 
mPower you won't need the velcro in orightder to use the GPS, 
this only applies to the mPower model not the Clasiic.
