Hi KC, oh no problem at all! You're not out of line in the slightest in 
asking that the product work as it should. You have the absolute right to 
expect that. I was just recapping the message I sent a couple of weeks 
ago, which it sounds like you missed. Sarah's work-arounds, for the 
moment, are the best option, which should at least allow you to continue 
downloading although it will require a bit of resetting.
