Hi Jonathan,  It seems as though KC is struggling with a somewhat larger 
problem with her unit. She is now unable to download anything at all, even 
after resetting.  Do you have any suggestions?

Hi KC, oh no problem at all! You're not out of line in the slightest in 
asking that the product work as it should. You have the absolute right to 
expect that. I was just recapping the message I sent a couple of weeks 
ago, which it sounds like you missed. Sarah's work-arounds, for the 
moment, are the best option, which should at least allow you to continue 
downloading although it will require a bit of resetting.
