Hi Diane,

There are two kinds of radio possible on the MPower. One is the FM radio, just like the one that's on your sterio, in your car, next to your bed, etc. You don't need a wireless card or anything to use it, only headphones, or a speaker with a long cord, which is used for the antenna. You can get the stations you get on all those other radios, hopefully. Depending on where you are. I can't get a thing at my home, but when I visit my mother-in-law, I get lots of local stations, and it works well.

The things you were talking about, ACB Radio, billsparks.org, etc, are all internet radio stations. To listen to any of these, go to the website, find a station you like, and if there's a link that says something like "Listen with Wimnamp" or "Listen with Windows Media", click on that link, wait a couple of minutes, tapping your toes, and perhaps whistling a little tune, and you should hear the station come in pretty soon. Some of these stations are regular FM stations that run an online service for out-of-area listeners. Others are only accessible on the Internet. But all of them have links and are acccessed through the Internet. The one thing you really can't do is listen to anything that says "real Audio" or a .ram file.

Hope this helps. There's a list-box on billsparks with different genres, and you should be able to find some jazz there. I'm not a jazz person, so can't help you with that one. Hope the rest of it made sense, and was helpful.

Happy Tuesday,

Rachael
