Hi Rusty, I just looked it up with the latest maps which aren't actually publically released yet.
I found 4500 riverwalk with no problem, but I show the address for La Sierra unibersity as being 4700 Pierce st. riverside ca, 92515 and 0.32 miles from 4500 riverwalk.
