Hi Jonathan and list!
I have a problem in that when I try to delete temp files in
internet options, I get the message "The directory is not empty."
I also have a problem in that when I try freeing database space
in email, even when I have 200 emails, my mPower running ks 7
tells me the operation is complete zero bytes freed.
How can I find out if this is true or if I really am deleting
files and freeing database space?

Here is a thought on the downloading issue. I know there is
hesitation about doing a service reset for many mPower users.
Also, I wonder if cookies are being cleared, as well as deleting
the temporary history.

Hi Jonathan, It seems as though KC is struggling with a somewhat
larger problem with her unit. She is now unable to download
anything at all, even after resetting. Do you have any
suggestions?

Hi KC, oh no problem at all! You're not out of line in the
slightest in
asking that the product work as it should. You have the absolute
right to
expect that. I was just recapping the message I sent a couple of
weeks
ago, which it sounds like you missed. Sarah's work-arounds, for
the
moment, are the best option, which should at least allow you to
continue
downloading although it will require a bit of resetting.
