The messages were from my computer. I had some trouble with my server, but yes when I look in to the directory of services I get the same thing. I don't know what to do. Do you think that I should call Humanware tech support? Thanks.

When you look in your Directory of Accounts, what do you show? Do you get the same "operation completed successfully message?" Do you get the same thing on the internet? Is your device the one that has both cards, one in the back and on the side?
