Jose and others,

You can copy an entire file to the clipboard. You have to go into the block
commands menu to do this. First you would define the top of your block,
which would be the top of the file you want to copy to the clipboard. You
then go into the block commands menu and hit T for top of block. You will
then be taken back into your file. You then go to the bottom of the
document with read with B on a QT model. You then go back into the block
commands menu, control with B on a QT, and selectC or coppy and it is
copied to the clipboard.

I would strongly suggest that you do it this way rather than using the move
command in the block menu, just in case something goes wrong. You will then
have the file rather than risk loosing it.

You can also insert files into other documents. To do this, you need to
make sure you are in the document where you want to insert the file. You go
to the block commands menu, Control with B, and press I. You will be
prompted for the drive. Press enter after the appropriate drive is
selected. It will then ask you for the folder name. Press enter after
selecting the proper folder name. It will then ask you for the file name.
Again press enter after the proper file is selected. You have now inserted
the file into another document.

I hope this helps. I do not know the commands for a BT model as I do not
own a BT model. I have a Voice Note QT M-power.
