Hello Rhonda,
You seem to be one of the list gurus on the note takers. Concatenating or
combining a group of files into one file is fairly simple to do with dos
but when I tried it on my VoiceNote, KeySoft just didn't seem to want to
cooperate. Under dos you could use the copy command and wild cards in the
source file name with a single file name for the destination. I would
guess this could be done under Windows but I haven't tried it. Think the
syntax was something like:
copy file*.txt new-file.txt
This should copy all smaller files with a name starting with file and an
extension of .txt into one big file called new-file.txt. I even tried
going into a new document and using the space with b then i commands but
it wouldn't let me use a wild card character in the source file name. If
Jose has access to a computer and if there are a lot of small files to
combine into one file, then he might be better off doing it on the
computer and loading the finished file back on his note taker.

    Hi Jose:
You can't move things all at once. There are, however, two
things you can do. Say for instance you are in a document. If
you are at the bottom of it, you can press B chord I. You will
be asked which folder and file you want to insert. When you see
it, press Enter. That text will be inserted.
The other way is to block off the top and bottom of your
document. Press B chord, A. Each time you do that, you will be
appending it to the clipboard. It's not exactly what you hoped
    to do.
