I can't speak for the test problem, but I'm wondering if you're counting 15
since you sent it, or since they got it.
I sent mine in and they had it in the shop for only a week or so. Make sure
to subtract the time it took to get from you to the shop. I've heard they
are getting pretty busy though.

  My Husband and I have a BN we sent in for transplant.  We have been
checking with Humanware this week, and been told our unit isn't passing some
test.  We'll check again this afternoon, but our unit has been in for 15
days.  Is it unusual for a BT Classic to have test problems transplanting to
Mp-ower?
