I can't speak for the test problem, but I'm wondering if you're counting 15 since you sent it, or since they got it. I sent mine in and they had it in the shop for only a week or so. Make sure to subtract the time it took to get from you to the shop. I've heard they are getting pretty busy though.

We have been checking with Humanware this week, and been told our unit isn't passing some test. We'll check again this afternoon, but our unit has been in for 15 days. Is it unusual for a BT Classic to have test problems transplanting to Mp-ower? Any help would be greatly appreciated. ___ To leave the BrailleNote list, send a blank message to [EMAIL PROTECTED] To view the list archives or change your preferences, visit http://list.humanware.com/mailman/listinfo/braillenote ___ To leave the BrailleNote list, send a blank message to [EMAIL PROTECTED] To view the list archives or change your preferences, visit http://list.humanware.com/mailman/listinfo/braillenote
