In answer to your question, no, I wasn't counting travel time.
Also, we found out today that it's a battery issue. Apparently
the battery is cycling, so now they're leaning towards something
being wrong in the motherboard. According to Katie, they've
tried different batteries.
Anyway, we were just wondering if anyone else was having
transplant problems similar to this.

I sent mine in and they had it in the shop for only a week or so.
Make sure
to subtract the time it took to get from you to the shop. I've
heard they
are getting pretty busy though.
