Well, if I understand correctly, I don't know what else I can
say. Pasting the clipboard puts its contents in front of the
cursor, so if you append a bunch of files to it, then one paste
will put them all there. As long as they are on the clipboard,
they will appear.
For complete clipboard instructions, see section 7.5 of the
manual.

If I read you message Alex, tell me how to paste all the files q
once. I like it when things are simplified. If I can cut and
paste at one time, let me now. I've been moving files with the
wild card but cutting and pasting well do tell. When I cut and
paste emails for instance, I open each on up, copy or cut to the
clipboard, go to the next email and open it up then append to the
clipboard, the append another one and so on. Thanks in advance.

No, because you can only have one file open at a time. With all
the files in the clipboard, you can paste them all at once,
though.

Thanks Alex, That was part of my question. But what I was really
asking was if I could do it all at one time. Please write back.

Hi,
Just open one file, go to the top, insert top marker. Go to the
bottom, insert bottom marker, copy to clipboard. With each
successive file, APPEND (notcopy) the selected block. This will
put each new block at the end of the previous one, so you may
want to make sure you have spaces in the block to separate them.
Good luck,
Alex
