Hi Sarah, Well, grin, I didn't forget about answering you, just wanted to try a while longer to figure things out own my own. But, I'm still not able to connect as easily as you. But, in thinking about things more, I'm thinking that it might be because I set mine up manually, originally getting the settings from a Cingular rep for my other note taker. I didn't use the Nokia PC Suite or the USB cable or anything, just the Bluetooth and infrared to connect to the note takers. And, oh, to answer your questions, I'm using the Nokia 6620 and the isp.cingular access point, the one that has the actual data plans for the laptop/PDA connections. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Sarah Cranston" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: "Braillenote List" <[email protected]> Sent: Thursday, April 06, 2006 7:05 AM Subject: Re: [Braillenote] Internet on your cell phone with BN
Hi Vicky, What access point is your phone set to use? Mine is set to use MediaNet, and I believe Rusty's is as well. I have an unlimited data plan, so as you said, this may have something to do with this. Also, what model are you using?
