This is Joseph. Linda, the product that you were talking about might be
Braille Lite. Just turn off the BN at the word document. Next time you
start
it, it'll be automatically ready for the input.

Actually, it's even easier than that.
Just go to the word processor, create a document, I call mine junk, and
then
exit and shut off the bn.
Now, when you turn the bn on, hit w for word processor, o for open,
accept
the folder and filename by pressing enter 2 times and you're there.
You can always copy the note to a more permanent location later.
It's really not that hard once you get into the habbit of doing it.

Hi Linda and List:
I think that is a great suggestion. If you need to hurry write
something down, like if you're at a bus stop or something, you
don't always have time to get the file created and hurry and
write down what you need. You can't do that from Main Menu,

I have been thinking about this for a while. I think it would be
nice to be
able to write a quick note to myself on the braille note and then
save it
wherever I want or not save it.
Maybe there could be called notepad and you could go there write
your note
and then decide where to put it.
Kind of like how we can now tape a memo.
I had another product a few years ago and you could do this
because it
opened in to the word processer.
So, you would write your note or document then save it to the
file and
folder you chose.
Sorry to ramble I hope this makes a little sense.
