Hi Isaih,

There are two types of backed up files you probably want to access. The first
type are documents. You can read and edit these without having to restore
them. Just find them in your backup folder and you're good to go. The second
type are database files, such as your planner, address list, Email, and others.
You will need to restore these files to their original location on the flash
disk, (typically the Keylist folder), in order to use them.

I hope this clears things up a bit.

Hello there! This is Isaih, and I was the list member that posted the original
question regarding reading backed up files. Thank you for taking the time to
reply to my query, and if I understood you correctly, I won't be able to read
any of the backed up files unless or until I actually restore them? If it is
that I have misunderstood what you were saying, would you mine clarifying for
me how to access the hidden files? Thanks again.
