I wonder if you could copy the files onto another card or drive, then format
the one gig card in your PC and see if the newly formatted one gig might
work in the M-power? Quite a tall question!

Hi Karen:
I had a similar issue. I had a 1 gig compact flash card that worked
beautifully in my classic, but my new mpower won't recognize it at all...
bummer!!!

Hello. While I do not have a BT unit I would be careful using CF cards in
an M-power if they have first been in a classic. I know from experience
because I have two cards that were put into a classic and then tried in an
M-power and the M-power did not even recognize them. We can still use the
cards for some things but we did invest in a 12 in 1 card reader for the
purpose. I should tell you that my husband has one card which went into a
clasic and then into an M-power with the same problem and one card which
works in the M-power because it never went into a classic unit.
Take care.
