Hello Melissa,
What you need to do, is save the file that you have created in keyword as a word document. You can do this by saving the file, and then when it says file has not been modified, or file has been modified save as a keyword file, press backspace with x or read with x I believe, until you here microsoft word and give it the same name, and press enter, you can then read the file on the computer.

Subject: [Braillenote] need help with transfering a file

Hey all,

I have a file I have created in Keyword and would like to copy it
onto my thumb drive so that the file can be read on a computer. I copied the file onto my thumb drive using the file manager. However, when I pulled up the file from the thumb drive on my computer, the file had a KWT extension and windows would not open it. Is there a way to change the file extension before copying the file so that windows will recognize the file on my computer?
