First, let me thank you for letting me do a test message earlier this week.
It just has been a busy week and I intended to send this to explain why I
did the test message.
Over the past four or five years, I asked you and Humanware numerous times
to help me resolve my problem but none of you came to my assistance. I
almost got help from Sam at Tech Support but she fell shot of helping me
after I responded with answers to her questions. Finally I figured this
ENTIRELY on my own.
Here's the situation. I have five different email accounts on my
BrailleNote. No matter from which account I used, every time I sent out
message, it always showed that it came from my main email account and not
from the account from which I was sending out the message. I asked you all
for help but...
Finally, after checking the account, I realized that I used my main account
address as the "primary" one which I should not have done. I fixed them all
and the rest was magic.
