Getting into support mode wasn't the problem since I had to do
that from day one with the battery difficulties I experienced.
However, it's because you don't have a menu there but have to
know what each letter does that I just kept forgetting that it
was there. Hopefully this time it will stick in my brain. So
far so good! Thanks again.
