I just received a Juliet Pro for my son's mPower. I can get it to emboss using
our PC but not the Braillenote. I've tried using the IR port and the serial
port. Using the IR port only embossed Test B and the other times I received
Embosser Error 1053. Using the serial port, the BN said it was embossing but
nothing happened. Is there something special I need to do that is not in
either manual?
