Hi Terry, if there's an issue with the infra-red port introduced in 
version 7, then we will get this fixed as soon as possible. We're also 
hoping to have a fix out for the downloading issue as well, so I'll be 
sure this is investigated. You are quite correct, you shouldn't need to 
buy another piece of hardware because of a software bug, so I'm checking 
this out. Thanks for letting me know about the problem.
