Hi Richard:
Maybe try going into options, connectivity, Bluetooth, find your phone in
the list of devices, press enter to see the services supported, space to
modem and press enter, then a for activate, just to be sure it is activated.

No, all I see is the internal modem, a choice for modem on com1, 
ether net connection, and wireless ether net connection.
