Try this: From Main Menu, press U for Utilities. Press A. At
the "run program from which drive" prompt, press K for the
Keysoft System disk. At the "directory name" prompt, press dots
2,3,4,5 chord. At the "folder name" prompt, select the Windows
folder. You are looking for usbnb. When you see it, press
Enter. At the "Command Line" prompt, press Enter. After it has
completed, do a plain reset. Let us know if this works.
