Dear Paul, I believe you have a QT keyboard, so here ar the commands. If you open the template in KeyWord, you can change the grade of braille by using the Keyword commands. For example, if you want an email address in the notes field to be in computer braille and you are editing a text template, you would press read control b b c. After the computereze, you would press read control b b 2 so the rest of the notes would be in grade 2.
If you are editing the notes field in a braille template and you want to change the grade of braille, you would press control g c and type the text in computer braille.
