Yes, I am aware of translation tools that are available online. I was looking for something that can be used quickly, efficiently, and when you don't have access to the internet.

Kevin,
This is Joseph. You can use Google to translate between English
and Spanish

Dear List,

I was wondering if there was an English to Spanish transpation of
some type.
I was thinking it may be in a database where the first field is
the English
word, then you type the English word and hit enter and you be
presented with
both english and Spanish.
I hope there is such a thing.
Kevin
